Table Packaging

We are committed to ensuring that each piece exceeds your expectation of high-quality, long-lasting furniture. That is why each table is inspected many times by several quality control teams, overseen by our American and Dutch founders and our specially trained Quality Control teams. Once each table passes inspection placed in a 100% cotton bag, wrapped in a polymer blanket to keep out moisture, and packaged in a specially designed industrial carboards box. Particularly large and/or heavy tables may also be placed in a wooden crate to ensure safe transit.

 

Track Your Order

You can track your order with or without a Table Company account by clicking here or by selecting the "Track Order" tab from the upper right corner of any page of our website.  Enter the requested order information found in your order email confirmation and select, "Track Oder".  To track your order within a Table Company account, follow the steps below:
Step 1 - From the website - select "My Orders" from the upper right of any page
Step 2 - Enter the requested account login credentials (email and password)

 

Delivery & Assembly Service

Your table delivery method will depend on the size and weight of your order. White-Glove delivery is available at no charge on select tables, by appointment only, and scheduled through our Client Services team. If your order is White-Glove eligible, our Client Services team will contact you to offer/schedule your White-Glove delivery appointment. Dining tables can weigh 200lbs or more and require a minimum of two individuals for placement and assembly.

  • WHITE-GLOVE DELIVERY – White-Glove delivery is available for select dining table orders. There is no additional fee for this service. White-Glove delivery includes bringing your order into your home, unboxing it, assembling it, and placing it where you desire. If you schedule White-Glove delivery, an adult of 18 years or older must be home, otherwise, your table(s) will not be delivered. If you miss your scheduled delivery appointment there is a fee for any subsequent delivery appointments.
  • PREPARATION – Before the scheduled time of your table delivery appointment, please make sure the path to your table destination and surrounding area is clear.  Please measure the doorways, elevators, or anything that may reside in the path of delivery to be certain you are prepared for a successful experience. Please note that the delivery service cannot move or remove existing furniture to make room for the new item.
  • INSPECTING YOUR TABLE – Once your item has been unwrapped, please inspect your order. Damages to our products while in transit are rare but can occur. We ask that you keep the original packaging and document any damage (on the provided delivery paperwork). If you refuse your delivery due to damage, the furniture will be sent back to our team where it will be reviewed so that we can determine how to best resolve the issue.  If possible, please photograph any damage at the time of delivery or discovery. 

PLEASE NOTE – All genuine organic products have unique characteristics, such as grain, color variations, and other natural and desirable distinctions. Cracking and other environmental compromises, however, are not expected and should be noted upon receipt so our Client Services team can work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Shipping

The Table Company ships anywhere within the contiguous 48 states and covers shipping costs for standard table orders. ‘Special-order items', found within our Limited Editions & Slabs collection, are NOT considered standard order items and are subject to shipping fees. There is no additional charge for the return shipping on items that fall within our generous return policy – we pay the freight.
