Limited Warranty Overview

Before each table is carefully packed for transit, it goes through various inspections that are overseen by our American and Dutch founders, as well as our specially trained Quality Control teams. All genuine organic products have unique characteristics, such as grain, color variations, and other natural and desirable distinctions. Minor cracking and wood movement is possible, but anything that impacts the look or integrity of the table is not acceptable and we will fix or repair the problem.

If there is any defect in materials or craftsmanship we want to know. If we mutually conclude that the damage is due to a product defect during the first 12 months from the date of delivery we will, on a best-efforts basis, attempt to resolve the problem and make things right. NOTE leaving an indoor table outdoors, especially if exposed to climate and weather, will immediately void any guarantee or warranty. Outdoor tables are built and finished differently from our indoor products.
