Return Overview

Before each table is carefully packed for transit, it goes through various inspections that are overseen by our founders and our well-trained Quality Control staff. All genuine organic products have unique characteristics, such as grain, color variations, and other natural distinctions. Some minor cracking and other environmental compromises should be tolerated in a truly organic product, but anything that interferes with the integrity of the product is unacceptable. Please quickly note, photograph if possible, and report any problem so our Client Services team can work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30-days from the date of delivery – depending on the item, there may not be an additional charge for return shipping.  Returns must be in original condition and original packaging. If we accept the return of an item that is damaged due to your misuse, we reserve the right to either refuse the return or deduct the cost of repairs plus a 25% restocking and shipping charge. 

The Table Company does NOT accept returns on custom design dining tables and limited edition slabs absent defects in material and/or craftsmanship. Please note that other “customization options” offered and selected from our standard collections are not considered 'special-order items' and therefore fall within our return policy.

If a dining slab from the Limited Editions & Slabs collection is returned, you may be responsible for the returned shipping costs.  Dining size slabs are not easy to move and we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping and handling expenses.

Return Inspection and Refund

Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued as appropriate. The Table Company reserves the right to refuse returns of items that are not in ‘as-new condition' due to damage or misuse by the client. If we accept the return of an item that is damaged due to your misuse, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of repairs and a 25% restocking and shipping charge.


Refunds and exchanges, once approved, are typically processed within 2 weeks of the arrival of the return. Refunds will be issued back to the card used for the purchase. For comprehensive information, please view our Return Policy.
